Maybe you reconsidered that statement necklace or realized those sunglasses aren’t quite your style. Whatever the reason, we aim to make order cancellations simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Cancelling an Order Before Shipment  

We understand that you may sometimes change your mind after placing an order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placement. You may also submit a cancellation request anytime before the order is dispatched, provided the 24-hour window has not passed. Acting promptly ensures a smooth process.  

To request a cancellation:

  • Include your order number and the reason for cancellation  

Our team will review your request and confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation. Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

If Your Order Has Already Been Shipped  

Once your selected accessories have been dispatched and are in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the items upon delivery, as long as the return complies with the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.  

We want you to feel confident with every purchase. Even if cancellation is unavailable at this stage, our return process ensures your satisfaction and provides peace of mind. 

Making Changes to an Order  

Once an order is placed, we are currently unable to make any changes, including updating products, modifying the shipping address, or correcting contact information. If you notice an error, the recommended approach is to cancel the order within the eligible window and place a new one with the correct details.
